Lookin good! From the last pics it looks like POR15, correct me if wrong. But i see the paint drops on the floor, and the gray hue that POR15 sometimes gives in pics.

yeah it is, impressive! love POR 15 now, leaves a really nice finish. i did three light coats, learned my lesson on the drive shaft, I went a little too heavy! when I came back the next day I had a lot of drips/runs after it settled, it sets up so hard i had to grind it off and start all over, lesson learned

Agreed, it's tough to brush on round surfaces...i used the aerosol on my 8.5 rear, but have literally brushed almost everything else....engine bay, frame, underside of body, floor, trunk floor, etc. Not gonna drop a bunch of pics on your thread, just one of my engine bay....prepped properly and brushed with 2 coats (waited at least a day between coats). Rock solid once cured, but a real PITA to take care of runs and the best way to get it off skin is acetone.

Oh, a little positive note about por15...if and when the parts get dusty, all you need is a microfiber rag and a spray bottle with nothing more than H2O in it!!! I've had mine painted for several years now and no matter how dusty i can literally just use a little water and it just shines away!

very nice! I love to see the pictures.. I'm doing floor pans and inside of the truck now, I broke two body mount bolts yesterday while trying to change the bushings, I got the energy suspension set. anyway now I have to do a little welding before I can finish up but its shouldn't be too big a deal. I think I'm going to try spraying duplicator spatter paint in the trunk after the POR, what do you think? will it stick ok?

Cool, it should stick fine. The beauty of POR15 is it looks great as is, but can be top coated if preferred. I haven't top coated it yet since i like the gloss finish and my cutlass won't be a daily driver. If it was a daily i would use something over it.
Breaking bolts is common on our cars, most of mine came out fine, except all 4 trunk bolts. I had to cut 4 holes in the trunk to access the top halves, then just replaced with longer bolts and metal top lock nuts.
If you wanna see more pics, search "87 cutlass efi build thread". I don't wanna clog up your thread with pics buddy as i have plenty of them showing before and after POR15.
If you have any questions about it, just ask. Me and my brother n law use it all the time, and have been using it for about 6 or 7 years now....his garage floor has the evidence to prove it lol!
