It will only light when you turn the piece on the column manually, figured while the car is all tore apart if I have to run a wire or something would be easier now. What would be the easiest solution to making it work right?
Maybe the backdrive linkage is out of adjustment? Is it there?
there sould be a linkage running from the gear shift selector on the trans to the frame with a spring, then a bar runs from a lever on bottom of column to that linkageNot totally sure where to look other than running to the column but I don't think it is there
No the collar does not move, but the steering wheel locks. What do you think that means?Does the collar on the column rotate at all when you move the shifter?
