That's the pull-style... dial in your station, pull whichever # you want and you're done.

Yep, pull em out. My regal had the same radio. Swapped it to match the bluegreen hue of the dash plaque light.

While tuned to your station, push Set, then the preset button of choice. Bonus: some even let you put them between the 4. Push Set, then 1&2 together. If it takes, you can do the same on 2&3 and 3&4.

Yes. You can actually get up to 7 presets this way. 😉
