those aren't the short shocks with a collapse measurement of 13.11" and extended 20.28".....the AK 1052 is 9.050 collapsed and 14.090 extended
I've never put tape to shock to confirm exact specs but they're shorter than the stock replacements i had and fit the bill.

I still need help. Here is an update on my 81 Malibu, 350 SBC.
The rear springs are 2” lower UMI. Rear shocks are Bilsteins AK 1052.
Front springs are 2” lower Detroit Speed, shocks are OEM size/length.
Problem: the car sits high in the front. Suggestions?

How much higher?

Pull out the 350 and put in a BBC it's easier than changing springs.

You bought the 031132P?

I just yesterday took the drivers side apart and cut my Moog 5660s 1/2 a coil. As I understand what I’m reading here, I should now buy a shorter shock??? In the rear the 5613s lowered the Elco to where my 245/45X17s fit the wheel house real nice. Should I also change those shocks? I have KYB gas at all 4 corners, stock length.
