Once the vitals will allow it they will do something. Unfortunately all you can do is be a polite PIA at the nurses station. drop off some coffee and donut holes always helps too. Still pulling for you and yours all the way from YYZ !
Thanks guys I appreciate it. The wife is there now and there not making any changes they want to give her lungs another day or so....? It's in God's hands I guess still wish I knew what caused it.
As far as the truck goes I went down the street from the body shop after work to a guys house that has a SS454 pick up and a 70 Chevelle SS 454 sitting outside down by the Marina and he let me take pictures of the accessory brackets and pulleys. I think I want to piece together the setup that he has on the SS 454 truck four mine. Here's the pictures.

You can use small block chevy brackets which are ALOT easier to find .
Then use these adapters to make them fit a BB

Yes I just knocked on the door and introduce myself worst he could say is no I've had worse news. And there not in a garage there in his side yard out by the street rusting in fact the Chevelle is covered in salt spray under the cover.
As far as the news as long as she doesn't get worse for me it's good
