Qdub24, no offense intended with misuse of the term Donk. 🙁 It's just that in the popular vernacular, rightly or wrongly, it's come to mean '70s-'80s domestic with oversized rims.

im from the south and err one has a diffrent look at it just like how ppl throw swangas on nissans and trucks n vans n considered a slab to me imo a donk is a car ridding on 4s n up

Now that you've been given the correct definition for the term, please share the knowledge. It has nothing to do with the wheels, ie. a G-body on 24s is NOT a Donk.

Better hurry. Its either settling or fixing to sprout roots. The rainy season is coming. Don't want to have to pull it out of the yard with a caterpillar.
According to the seller and the other pics, it's garage kept and was pulled out just for the photos. The interior is immaculate too.

OK...So riddle me this...What do you call '70s-'80s domestics with huge rims? 😵

They're not called anything other than their name or body style/frame designation. Putting big wheels on a car is just a modification, not a trend/lifestyle like lowriding or slab riding. If someone puts 26s on Nissan Maxima, it isn't a Donk. It's just another Nissan Maxima on 26s.

On another note, the majority of the TX edition replica wheels are 6 lugs for trucks. You'd have to run adapters at all four corners.

Those hideous wheels are only popular in TX, specifically Houston.

ill call it a donk and my southerners will vouch for that lol

You do know that I'm from the south and your perception of what a Donk is incorrect? TX is more Midwest than southern. TX does have the most diverse car culture though.
