I think it is worth $9k based on what I paid for it, what I've done to it and my research last night on similar models (Roadmaster sedan with the LT1). If I can't get pretty close to that, I'll probably keep it and pay to store it two more years.

Gave the old girl a well deserved clean up after work tonight. Hand wash, tire dressing, vacuum and clean the glass. The car stays pretty clean living under the cover, parked on concrete in the storage but I figure it's been 10 months or more since the last wash. I changed the oil towards the end of last July so I'm going to wait until next month to change it. The oil still looks clean but I'll change it anyway. Pics of tonight's progress......

Put another 200 miles on the car today. Another trip to Van, TX for work. I can't say it was flawless this time. The blower motor started vibrating badly at higher fan speeds about 3/4 of the way here. A new GM or Delco unit should be at the house on Thursday, so that and an oil change are due. Still, she got me here quite comfortably. Going home tomorrow.....

Edit....Meant to say it's great getting the intended use out of the car.

Had to move over a few spots... sun kept reflecting off some shiny white car parked at the hotel next door, right into my sleeper. I'm gonna chuck a piss jug at it before I roll out.

If you can jet set around to see guys get iinducted in the hall of fame AND you have a niece at julliard you can probably afford to see a shrink about the irrational fear of flying lol

I'd rather drive my old car than confront my irrational fears. I'm a puzzle.
