I found 3 different pulleys on amazon in various diameters. Ordered all 3 and will return the 2 that dont fit as well. POSSIBLY will have this thing running on Saturday.

It's back on the road!

The new pulley worked out great. Clearance there is all good.
Exhaust sounds great. I was worried it would be way too loud but it isn't.

There are a few occasional vibrations/rubs somewhere, but I'll it go for a little while.
