Awaiting the results of the autopsy. Glad he didn't wreck when it let go, now you just have to build it to run faster!😀😀

Hah, another trip to the junkyard for his next race engine. Don't know if that's being cheap or being smart.

Got it out of the trailer and got the motor home and trailer put away - I'll have some supper and have at it. This engine doesn't owe me a dime, this is the 8th season without a problem with it and it's been through a lot. Already have a back up motor ready - it's the same that's in there but all forged w/ some Edlebrock aluminum heads.

Some of us have spare fan belts or spark plugs for emergency use. You have a spare engine!!

....And no hole in the block!😀😀😀

Don't forget the duct tape, complements the JB Weld 😉
<<=== look to the left...complement the duct tape with JB Weld and drywall screws ----how can it possibly fail with tried and true technology!

EDIT: A guy loses his engine and the bystanders go into their standup comedy routines and one liners

Got it out of the car and just had to get the pan off before I quit - wasn't pretty.

Man there is some carnage there, it looks like the only thing that didn't break was those solid mounts and your petcock.

Have to continue the autopsy tomorrow - looks like the crank let go. The engine diaper was well worth the $100.00 - get oil under the slicks who knows what could have happened. I've got all kinds of spare parts, even a spare engine for the Sonoma that hasn't been out yet.
