Hey, it had a good life and died doing what it liked doing best.
 
I love blowed up sh*t as long as its somebody else's! Haha, i had a small block let go years ago in the burnout box, crank broke, just shut off no noise, mine looked just like yours, only thing i saved out of that motor was a the head studs, I was grateful it happened there instead of downtrack, could have worse. yours could have too, smart move running the diaper, I run one on my blown alky car, Are they required in your class?

Can't believe there wasn't any loud bang or knocking.

With a broken crank there won't be any noise, it'll just let go when it decides to. I had a friend with an S10 that had a bad wobble in his crank pulley. The crank was broken and he had driven it that way for about a month.
 
Hey wait a minute. I thought 4 bolt mains were supposed to keep stuff like that from happening.
