Wow the cutlass looks awesome with the us mags! I almost bought the same wheels a month ago for my 87 cutlass but went a different direction....what are the specs on those wheels and tires?
Thanks the specs on the wheels are
18x8 4.5bs front
18x9.5 5.25bs rears
Rears won't fit without a notch. Rear tires I have on right now are 255's. I had them so I used them. I can probably get away with a nice 285. What wheel did you go with?

Ended up getting(actually just got the rears today and fronts on monday) american racing vn501's. Love the look of my factory 14" rallye's but wanted bigger for more options down the road.
17x7 front 4" bs
17x8 rear 4.5"bs
Probably gonna run a 225/50zr17 front and try to squeeze a 255/45zr17 rear. No frame notch....might need a small spacer.
Scott.

Haha what a coincidence I was looking at a similar wheel. But they didn't offer a wide enough wheel that would make my notch worth while lol. Those will look great

US Mags Bandit is what I was going to get

Looking good, I don't know why you wouldn't keep that trim. It distinguishes the model and year and compliments after market wheels very well.

I agree once I got a look at it I was surprised how well it matches. Problem is I have a dented one on the right rear quarter and I need one.

That's hilarious....i really considered the bandits as well! I think i started off with 20ish wheel styles in my budget then narrowed down from there. At one point i had probably 5 or 6 screenshots of my car using a wheel visualizer program to make the right choice!

Hey, you talking about the fender wrap trim? I think I have an entire set somewhere . . . if I can find them?

And, small world, on my wheel poll thread, I am leaning toward the chrome version of that same wheel.

U110 I think?

Looking good . . .

You'll find the rocker trim they are out there. I have all of mine just have problems keeping them on. Thinking about removing the clips and running some thick 3m double sided tape once it's painted. Anyhow, keep up the good work.

Please do Support my build lol
The chrome ones look good but I wanted to keep a two tone look.

Got the rear structural support sheet metal. Those are the rear frame mount floors. And the trunk drop offs. Next will be the rear cross support. Keep in mind all of this is being replaced because of rust. Rusty rust. Let's reflect on how bad the rust really was shall we...

This was at the very beginning when I got it. Drove for half a summer and the Crack litteraly wrapped around near the outer edge. When I saw that... NOPE! Parked it and here I am lol.

wow, and I'm complaining about a slightly wacky front frame. At least my rear is still in one piece and not rusted through or cracked. Looking at your beginning photo... I may want to sand all the "treatment" off of mine and see what they covered up, then hit it with some POR 15. Probably wont, but the thought is there.
