didn't know if they knew the difference or not.... thought it'd be a place to start research....

They are boost refrenced. I don't know much about quadrajets. They have to deliver more fuel at boost, otherwise you would be running too rich or too lean all the time. 81cutlass has rebuilt a couple. You need to ask him. Beter yet you can read his build on the green Cutlass. He went through the hole draw through engine and systems and put it in a Cutlass.

I'm glad you bought the turbo Buick Century it definitely needed a new home. I saw that month's ago on Craigslist's was thinking about it myself. Next time I hit up my favorite gbody salvage yards in Oklahoma if you need anything let me know I will see if I can find anything for you.

Been awhile since posting anything. This Century is going to be delivered next Saturday FINALLY. Today I went to a salvage and happened onto a very rare Buick. It is now missing some rare parts. I have everything mechanical for the car now that was burned in the engine compartment fire except both plastic inner fenders. I'm going to work on it as soon as it gets here because it's a new toy that I just HAVE to play with. I was kinda thinking about stripping off the burnt stuff and just bolting on the replacement stuff and see if it will run. It will be a fun change from the constant metal work and bodywork I've done for awhile lately.
