Throttle Linkage Question

I believe the bracket you have will work with it. the spring clip I took from the Q-Jet it replaced. The return springs came from the same carb.

Damn, it looks like I have to make another trip to the boneyard. I know for sure that I dont have a clip like that. Im thinking most GMs use the same clip. Good thing the owner lets me walk around the place

I used a tire valve stem to hook up my linkage. Worked perfect too. Trust me it works flawless. Cable moves freely. Probly should use loc tite as well
