Throttle return springs?

True. I'd like to fix it properly. Has to be something stupid. Weather has sucked lately so I haven't messed with it

Did you lube it yet?

Think I got it. Looks like the someone moved the clip for the cruise control to hole #7. Was going to move it to hole #6 but saw hole #4 looked to be where it once was. Idle dropped to where it sounds a lot better. I'll look and figure out how to adjust the cruise control properly but for now it idles properly.

When I'd move the throttle all the way closed I saw the cruise brackets flex. That couldn't be right. Pulled the clip and the idle dropped as it should.

decided to drive it to work tonight. man can't even tell its running sitting at a light. i find myself letting off the brake some just to see if it moves..lol

speedo reads 5mph slow and will probably get me in trouble at some point..

cruise control still works fine. set it at 77 mph on the way to work and it held nice and steady for the 10+ miles i was using it..

so far i'm really liking the car. very comfortable and has a nice ride...
