Do you have a pic of how car sits now ????

I see what you mean. It isn't too bad but maybe your old springs were really worn ? And maybe the new ones will settle a bit as they usually do. Car looks really clean man !!! Once you get it sorted out it's gonna be killer

What color is that btw.... hard to tell with the shade. And do you have a thread on your build? I'm doing an 84 Cutlass btw

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mine isnt that bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are seeing this on a small percentage of spring sets for some reason. The goal of the G-body 1" and 2" sets is to have a level stance with a small block and ever so slight nose down with a big block. With that being said, we'd rather have the front a bit high because you can always remove metal but you can never add.

This pic of the Green Machine is with stock axle and stock front arms with an off the shelf set of 3051.

We have had some sets where they REALLY look like they're seated properly and both sides are sitting weird in those fingers. Getting them in place puts the car right where it needs to be.

Since 2" is the lowest G-body spring we make, and A-body springs are a different diameter (A-body is 5" and G-body is 5.5") sometimes the solution unfortunately is to cut them 1/4 coil at a time. Other than taking time and effort, this doesn't hurt anything and actually puts the spring rate a little higher where these cars really work nicely.

I think the paint was called Vapor Grey, it looks like shiny primer really.

I attempted to start a build thread but never took any pics of the build so it's pretty worthless.

That's quite high considering a v8 and lowering springs. I'm curious what UMI has to say; it looks like big block A body springs were shipped to you.
Well they sent me the right springs and I do have them installed correctly.

While it would be great if every aftermarket part you bought fit perfectly the first time, that doesn't always happen. When it comes to modifying a vehicle every car is a little different. The biggest thing for me is dealing with a company that provides good customer support. So far talking with Duane at UMI I can tell he really cares about their products and I'm sure we will get this sorted out.

I could have just cut my factory springs and saved a bunch of money if that is your solution!!!!!!

Lowering spring should lower. I had a similar result with Eibachs, BUT I have a v6 (I didn't expect too much). So, I went with drop spindles. I'd pop the ball joints, and double check the seating.
