Upon dissassembling the carb after removing the choke horn, I discovered tons of corrosion and sediment on the bowl sides of the metering blocks and in the bowls. Havent been inside of the carb in about 3 years but it would explain some of the random issues when I had it on the road. Long story short I cut my losses and anymore time invested in to the carb and ordered a reman 650 street hp from holley.

Headers on, new carb arrived, and fixed that ps hose for y'all. Having some concerns with the water neck seal. The provided o-ring seems too small to seal correctly so gonna try the hardware store to see what I can find. Waiting on an fittings to plumb from pump to carb. Also need to take the 10.5 power valve out of the new carb and replace with 3.5 since the engine is around 4.
