Isn't the '80's/'90's 2.5 simular/same as the Vega/Monza 4 bangers? I know those also had the Chevy bellhousing patteren.I had read awhile back, that the 2.5 bolt pattern was the same as the sbc. I had read that online, so wasn’t sure how to take it until now.... very informative!

Use a mini starterthose bellhousings might bolt onto a SBC but it doesn't look like SBC starter nose would fit in the bellhousing
