yeah that's just a crappy picture taken with an overly "warm" light, like a lamp with a lampshade or something. that sucks.

Whether there has ever been one or not that pic is GOLD

Its piss poor representation of the product and crap customer service

I wanted gold just like the picture shows

Fusick is claiming their picture is silver

And just now they updated the auction to say the decal is silver even though it shows gold
Do you remember photos years ago that were taken indoors? You know, the ones that always looked reddish or kind of warm orange? That is from using a daylight balanced film indoors with incandescent lighting, the same thing happens when the white balance is not set properly on newer digital cameras. If the photographer who made the decal photo had the wrong white balance setting, it could give off a warmer or cooler color cast depending on which setting he/she used, thereby giving you the wrong impression of what you were looking at.
At the same time, Good for you, calling them out on their screw-up, and causing them to clarify the description of the item for sale. Now, if you did make the purchase thinking that you were getting a gold colored decal, then I believe you should be able to return it if you so desire based on a false representation (provided that you are absolutely positive the ad said nothing about the actual color of the decal).
