his health started declining a few years ago, after his wife died, and his kids took him to live with them... I've been taking care of his yard for them and keeping a general eye on the place for them. the van has been sitting for a few years, and they didn't have any luck selling off the van, as the fuel pump died. they offered it to me for $100, and couldn't pass up the deal... the 4.3 will probably make it's way into the Regal project, and possibly with a vortec set of heads and intake from a deal that me and a buddy are working on...

That's sad that your neighbor's health started declining after his wife died but at least he has family who can help him out. That nice that you're watching their place cause these days there not many neighbors live in neighborhoods, many people have no clue who is living around them
