What did you do to your G-Body today? [2011-2018]

I've ordered a few interior parts for the H/O ,now just getting a good buzz listening to music dreaming of summer and a good cruise.
 
I put my seats in today, Now my door will not shut :rofl:

bolted in new fuel tank, plumed the whole fuel system , braided lines/ an fittings,made some custom brackets and mounted electric fan. installed new taylor plug wires. gonna finish cooling system 2morrow.
 
btw. received my UBI by airraid today so hope to plum that also.very close to firing this thing up Finally!
 
This 1977 231 Buick block has a smallish 7/16 oil pickup hole bored into the block.






My goal is to drill it to 0.5 or 0.58 (9/16). Started with 0.5, soft metal, works well.

0.5" means 30% more surface for the oil gallery.
0.5825" means 65% more surface for the oil gallery.

Stopped by the body shop to check on the 442. Body work is almost done - it's waiting on primer and then paint. May have it back by the weekend if this snow storm doesn't hold up progress. They took a lot of time to show me what they have done and walked me through the process - I am very confident they have done a superb job so far.

Got the driver side inner fender wire brushed down to bear metal an primed Flat Black,an put it back on .Also marked an drilled my trunk for the spoiler, got it on
