You will like the serp belt swap. I used a 92 S Blazer to do mine. Nice and easy. Little wiring for alternator and had HVC hose made. Modified a bracket and was able to use a factory blazer upper hose and a generic t-stat housing. Don't forget you have to change the water pump as it spins opposite.
I converted mine from idiot lights to factory gauges with clock and tach. I think I have a gauges dash in attic if you are interested. I put the tach filter on also. Easy swap
Put my new factory tach and gauges in. I brought the factory add on gauge kit. I do not recommend the add on gauge kit they are very poor quality and take a lot of trimming to fit. I would buy factory gauges and wire them my self. I may still do that.View attachment 67063 I was wiring in my senders, and found my radiator neck leaking. Radiator just opened up a hole can of worms. I have a v6 radiator in the car. I want to switch to electronic fans later this year. The v6 radiator is not as wide as a v8 radiator and my cuty top plate will not fit. I have a nother v6 radiator in my parts car, but don't know if is any good. Going to pull that today and see. The problem is I have a cruise on Friday and really don't want to do the radiator twice.
