Is it a secret formula? Looks like it worked good what is it

I guess technically it is. 😉 It's an alkaline chemical I get from work that's not available retail and cut about 1:6 for work like this. I haven't found anything it won't degrease or at the right ratio strip paint. It's a very aggressive alkaline formula with a weird surfactant that, given time, can penetrate the greasiest of parts. I have done a lot of parts with it, interesting thing is it cleans and almost rejuvenates rubber/plastics, makes some more pliable.

screwed up my air cleaner base.........

Supposed to get my trans in the morning we'll see I guess

took my son and the old heap to the car show after supper. Parked wayyy in the back. Sweet elco and a beat to death 83 or 84 cutlass there to represent the gbodies. Otherwise all the newer vette guys and all the newer challenger / charger guys took up 3/4 of the cars there.

Moved my battery cut off switch under the bumper, i use to have it mounted in my tail light, but after semi restoring the bumper and adding new tail lights, i didn't want it there no more, I just made a simple aluminum bracket bolted under the bumper.
