Took it for it's last ride and got some premium non-ethanol gas. Well second to last. Last ride will be to it's winter storage.
After a lot of cussing and wishing injury upon the GM engineer that determined fuel line routing, I replaced the bad section of fuel line. I'm just glad it was an easy section to replace. Basically from the prop valve to just past the rear edge of the door. Few pinholes, one large hole. No leaks, so far. View attachment 98458

Building something with the intent for it to fail, or disregarding the fact it may be on the road 30, 50, 100 years from now is disingenuous.the engineers never expected the car would still be on the road 33 years later so they never considered it would need to be removed....
