Is there a body line under that chrome trim? If not, i would just paint the trim body color.

There is a body line under the trim so it and the trim mounting holes would need to be filled if removed.

water was actually in left rear...left front there is battery, can it make that difference?

the battery hangs past the front wheel so it could create that much of a difference and since you loading that corner of the car weight will also be added to the opposite corner...it's what we call wedge in racing
