Damn, how long did that take? I have a nest of wires like your before pics I'll have to do that someday.

I started to fiberglass repair my air conditioning using a bondo fiberglass repair kit, photos in my folder. Took me about 20 minutes to get the shaping right, but after that, just waiting for it to dry. I also took out my chevy 350 vortec because it had two fouled pistons. #1 and #8. Transmission mount is also on its way along with steel transmission line kit from my uncle. Only thing I have to do now is decide if I want the oil pan, timing cover and valve cover to be chromed out. I'm also rebuilding a Quadrajet 17059206 with the help of Cliff Ruggles book.

I ordered the F body rear spring isolators from the GM dealer so I can use open end springs, there is no aftermarket ones up here and the one place I found online didn't deliver to Canada...so I paid the $99 and change and they'll be here with any luck by the end of the week

took me about 4 hours, with breaks in between and taking my sweet time... stand alone harness conversion... saved me $500-1300 (when this is all said and done)

Nice job.
Nothing like turning a rat's nest into a manageable wiring harness. I'm sure it will make it much more easier to re-install. Especially that you charted and indicated where everything goes.
Wiring isn't most peoples favorite task.
