I put the windshield in and bled the Mcleod throw out bearing again. I was having problems getting all the air out of the hydraulic clutch system so I finally read the instructions from Mcleod to bleed the system. For their method I had to get my grandson to give me a hand t and now the pedal is nice and firm. Installed the new adjustable fan control, I got the same one that I had which I destroyed when I broke the wire to the probe. Figure the old one was dependable and since all the wiring for the controoler was done and the mounting bracket was the same so it was a easy swap.

Took it down the track for the first time. I’m in the left lane. An older mopar in the right lane.

When I left there were over 3000 cars in attendance and still a line a mile long to get in with an hour left in the show

It was AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took a step back on it today. Found out the nice uncut engine harness I have from a bunch of parts years back isn't for a Chevy but looks to be a Buick V6. 🙁 So now I have to decide on hacking/rebuild it to work, try to bring my original back from the dead, or try to use the '86 harness to make redoing either one abit easier. Maybe see if someone has one that would work is the easiest option. Should of saw it coming since everything else was getting done.

Stole some gas out of the wagon for my pressure washer so I could wash the Hellcat. Reason being that all the gas I bought for the small engines got poured into (and then pissed out of) the Monte. Robbing Peter to pay Paul.
