What did you do to your G-Body today? [2019]

Finally got around to installing the rear shocks I bought about 4 months ago. The old ones came out surprisingly easy. They were also surprisingly junk. Wore slap out. Found that when Jegs heated the springs to lower the car the passenger side spring is about 2 inches taller than the driver side. The PS shock lower bold would not line up completely true. I got it about 95% but it wouldn't go 100. I'm going to drive it a few miles to see if it changes. Didn't see any defects or damage to shock or mount? The old shock was flush. The rear is about 2 inches taller now and I'm really hoping that it settles. Feels like I'm driving downhill. Because of the crooked bolt I didn't check my G-Body shuffle for improvement. The car definitely rides better. The control arm bushings show some rot. I'll try to get those replaced when I fix the bolt. May as well since the car will be in the air anyway. Top pic is the offending bolt.View attachment 128335View attachment 128336
Pulled out on the hard road and there was no one coming or going. I straightened the MCSS out, gave it enough pedal to break traction. I continued to accelerate, tires spinning smoothly instead of the wheel hopping I usually experience. Changing the shocks made a huge difference in the wheel hop problem. The Cooper Cobra 275/60/15 spin way to easily. What are the best drag radials out there?

been trying to wring this mf out as it's gonna snow Sunday and Monday.gotta finish the tires off tomorrow.
