Buddy if mine dropped his 442 off, I’m gonna be Pulling the motor and trans and putting in a sbc 350 with a th 350.

What year is it?

Rolled it out and let it see the light of day for the first time in seemingly forever. I cleaned up the garage floor underneath of it, it was filthy. I used the leaf blower to blow some of the dust off of the car, it's still covered in dust but better than it was. I bought a new dust cover for it, the one that was on it was pretty trashed.

Today I installed a rad that I had pulled from a 79 GP with a 301 with a/c. The lower rad hose was original in my car, judging by the wire hose clamps LOL. The rad was also original and heat flow in the interior seemed to be less & less. What a difference well worth my time. Now I can go out of town with confidence. Did I mention the carb has never been rebuilt, still has the casting over the air/fuel mixture screws. Well that's it for me,

Wrapped up my punch list of neglected items on the Wagon.

Over the last few nights: Touched up the outside and gave it a once-over with the buffer, fixed a sticky driver's side door lock, and secured an always loose passenger door pull strap, figured out the front brake rotor dilemma by going back to what belonged on there originally and sticking with the metric studs and lug nuts. It was simpler than trying to guess at what inner and outer bearings I needed to make the A-Body rotors work, replace a burned out taillight bulb, and mounted up the aluminum non-winter wheels with the new Cooper Cobras.

Next up, the winter to spring wheel swap on the Cop Vic.

[/URL]Had to wait for a pair of smaller 215/70/15's to come into the pull-n-save, and got lucky today and scored 'em in the same brand and tread pattern as the 225/75/15's I got for the rear of the G/P a couple weeks ago. Also painted the front rims black while the tires were off...sure looks and rides better now

Since its getting warm out, I will be piddling with the little stuff here and there.

I replaced the HVAC Control Vacuum Valve. Now I have the ability to switch to vents, floor, defrost, etc.

AC didnt kick on tho... so thats next.. But while I was under the hood, I found a wire that wasn't connected to anything.. Dark Green, Drivers side. Tracking that down now.
