Raised the front what looks to be about 1 inch it looks like.. give or take..

Ride is 2000% better, and stiff. Nose doesnt dive on stop, rear doesnt squat on launch.. She just stays flat. You feel bumps, but just a little.

Pre and Post.. Im sure you will be able to tell which is which.

Installed an old steering wheel I had in a few cars over the years...I bought it in 95'. Also posted a choke wiring issue in the electrical section if anyone can help me...thanks.

Took my heap to work today. Popped the hood when I got there and noticed a sprinkling of coolant on the front of the motor and air cleaner. Nothing leaking at idle but once you get it above 3k rpm it's leaking coolant out of the back of the water pump and the fan is blowing it back!! Then once you let off it bubbles up in the overflow tank. That could explain my missing coolant and bubbling overflow tank much better than an intake or head gasket ! Dunno if I should go thru my drawer of gaskets and re-gasket it or for the work and time it takes just swap it out.

Removed all the MSD wiring, removed the sh*t eBay cons coil and put some trusty stock truck coils back in. Today I going to start some of the new fuel pumping. Also going to drain the coolant and install a 4 port steam vent line.

I think I'm gonna be pulling the tie rods/adjusters off this turd today if I get time. I wanted to adjust the toe on the pass side since it's way too far out, but couldn't get the adjuster to turn.
I remembered having issues installing the tie rods due to the adjusters having powdercoat on the threads. Shoulda tapped the threads clean back then, but didn't know any better.
Roundy round neighbor has the correct taps, so he said get them removed and we'll get em cleaned up. Worst case scenario I get to spend some stimulus loot on new billet adjusters I've been eyeing lol.

Sprayed the cover with a Low Gloss Black.

I am a little disappointed with the paint as I think they came out way to flat.

Going to hit them with a semi gloss

Also Picked up a new torque wrench!!!!

Just a wall hanger 3 foot long one inch drive, friends pawn shop got it in and he didnt want it taking up space

We'll not technically mine but finally sold my dad's 2+2 today. I remember the day he bought it, he's the original owner. Kind of bitter sweet. I did like the car and I remember driving it when I had my permit. Installed a new battery and cranked for 15 seconds and fired right up and ran great. Hasn't been on the road since 1997...
