I actually finished the wiring for the windows and locks, working good. Will revisit the passenger door to add speaker wires and install the new lower panel next weekend I think. At least I can drive it again now.

This is the switch panel that I made last summer to use for the locks and windows. Near to far is left window, locks, and right window. I will need to remove that panel sometime in the future for a repaint, but it works, and I am happy.

Don’t get me wrong the Holley is fine if you have a simple swap or basic efi build. But no growth ability to go forced induction later. I have made my mind that I while do an LSA blower when the funds/wife allow it so Holley sender was a no go. Racetronix Has their unit with up to a 525lph which Is plenty for my goal, I would just need to upsize my fuel lines when the time comes.

After procrastinating for what seems like forever, I finally installed the driver side kick panel and sill plate. The carpet is pulled nice and tight, looks great! Now just waiting for phone call on door panels being done so I can button up the interior.View attachment 144192View attachment 144193
Wow, that is some sharp looking interior. Is it all new reupholstered, or just brand new?

A mix. Thanks man I'm really happy with how it's turned out. This is my 1st resto. The front seats are 15ish years old, the rear seat upholstery is new, carpet and headliner are new. The dash and all plastics were changed from saddle to black, then real carbon fiber veneer was cut for the trim panels. The main gauge cluster is 10ish years old, the HVAC delete panel is new.

went to the junkyard to try and score the fenders off that regal.

Yep, I knew it. They ****ed em up. Banging that car around, banging other cars into it. Shame. I would've actually paid their ridiculous asking price of 100 a pop of they were nice, if only because they were the same color.

Did snag the ok taillights, few bolts, a new spring for the factory jack (mine fell off years ago), an underhood light, and a bracket for the cruise control ball for... reasons.

Inching closer, got the headliner in but again stuck with the center console. Man I must really suck at mocking stuff up, I am gonna tell myself it is because of the uncertaintity of the new carpet being there. I am thinking that I will be going back to the g body console mount as opposed to the impala one that was in it. Really like the look of the dome light and with some tweaking the front and rear of the headliner being lit up I think will be really nice.

I still have a lot of interior work to do on mine, as is evident in my last pic, but I am getting things done a little bit at a time.

Sun came out, took off the car cover and drove it around for a little bit!
