Not sure, but I think that the back side of the lower panels have markings for cutting the switch holes for the locks. I do not know if there are any markings in upper panels for window switches.
Window switches are in the upper panels, mirror and locks are on the lower.

Took the Regal for a spin, cleaned the carburetor, washed and waxed it. Some of guys a while back wanted me to post some more pictures of the Regal, so here’s a few pictures. Got a guy wanting to buy the car, not wanting to, but what kind of price is reasonable? Car been in the family since new, everything original, 55,000 actual miles.

It's not an sfi turbo car, so don't turn down any offer north of 5k.

People and dealers are asking crazy money right now, and you've got a car with known history from New that doesn't seem to need anything.

It wouldn't surprise me to see a car like that list for $8-10k or better.

Having been in the family since new, my vote is that you keep it. But, of course, it's your decision/choice.

That is a clean Regal. Although it’s a base model with limited options it’s worth more than 5K in my opinion. The fact that it’s a hardtop makes it desirable for those wanting the T Type or GN look. If it’s completely rust free I think an $8K asking price would be fair.

Time was, I would have been right there with you. Today, not so much. As mentioned above, people are asking (and apparently getting) crazy money for almost everything now.
