Avoided it mostly. I have a brand new door skin for the driver's side that has been or order for going on 2 years now. In order to correctly align the door to the quarter panel and the fender to the door, I need the door.

Thrashed pretty good on the car and got a pile of stuff done.
Got the driver side quarter glass installed. Put the headliner and rest of the interior trim back in. Glass guy came by today and we dropped the new windshield in.
The rear view mirror that came in the trunk of the car was smashed/snapped under the spare tire in the trunk when I got the car. I have a spare mirror out of an 80's Chev van. It's a bit to small to fit the mirror mount. Any ideas on what other mirrors fit?

When I went down that rabbit hole I ended up going with one of the modern aftermarket that is what is used for most OEM these days. I went with the GNTX341 since it has the Homelink, map light, and a mood light, but there are other options as well

Pulling my 37 year old headliner out of my Hurst...flappin in the wind...not dealing with it because I have been here before. Getting a ABS pre-covered dark maple replacement and new sun visors...hard to believe a car that was garaged for 22 years has a burnt out headliner. Putting some dynamat stuff in for now.
