Yep, Seller agreed and Refunded the money. Apparently this was the Fault of USPS.

A return of the payment that he had to send to E-Bay to get them to forward it to the vendor to get him/her to close/complete the deal and ship the item being purchased, which in this case was supposed to be a certain version/application of Q-Jet carburetor that somehow, when it was delivered to him/her, had managed to transmogrify itself into a box of recycled air minus the aforementioned carb.

Short version: he bought a carb on E-bay, paid for it, and got a empty box of nothing, so he wants his money back.

Just noticed that he did get his money back. Congrats to both buyer and seller for reaching an amicable resolution to the whole business. Now have to wonder if someone in a sorting plant somewhere is richer by one purloined carburetor?

The USPS sealed and shipped an empty box? How'd that happen?
When I was finally contacted by the Seller who also agreed to refund me the money; which I have to wait 3-5 days for, then they proceeded to tell me how they have opened an investigation with USPS about the package. Also mentioned to look at the weight and that they didn't send it empty yadda yadda. . Well with a red stamping on the label I can't see the weight. Red stamp reads something like "Package Damaged, contents missing" from what I can make of it legibly. However USPS decides to continue sending the Empty Box through 🤔. Something happened during shipping and USPS needs to address this issue with the Seller.

I was finally able update the firmware on the Holley. Played with the tune a little.
