Got the blazer M/C and bracket painted up with some VHT epoxy paint. Also started fooling around with a new spoiler design. That dang MCSS one has frustrated me enough. Neighbor said he'd make one outta sheetmetal if I want.

That's an idea I have, just finding someone local with the capacity. My buddy has a 3D printer, but it's too small for something like that.
Template 2.0 is better. I have an idea to try this week, I'll report back...
Not sure if this might give you any ideas. They are off a 2016 hellcat charger rear spoiler. The spoiler is stock then the other parts are added it’s what a buddy did but if you could modify…?? I realize the Monte doesn’t curve but the styling was my thought.
I will take 2.0, I think rear spoilers have to fit the width and contours of the car to look right. JMO
Made some progress. Obviously it's boxy right now, but the end result should be more flowing....
The edge profile planned is to be similar to a MCSS laydown like I have, with some added design changes. It will extend out about an 1" to 1.5" further, then have a kick down notch in the center. Messing with board is fun btw, dang thing looks all wonky lol....
I meant thickness of material you did say it was gonna be aluminum right?
