Sir yes Sir!. I now have some more ideas, thats great. I found another E-fan set up that, as far as dimensions, looks like it'll work. I want to have working AC in this wagon so I do want to dual fan set up. I think the next thing for me now is figuring out if I can to hydroboost in this thing. LOL.
A lot of work/ box vans would have them as far as used. My brother pulled one out and said they are pretty much a universal fit. ( had the scraper van). Mostly because of their lack of room.

I saw somewhere on here that the pedal may have to be changed in order to work in conjunction with the hydroboost itself but I haven't looked too much into it. I think that is the route I want to go but I also don't want it to become this super big project.

I know for sure on the earlier pre-88 GM trucks that pedal ratios are different for hydroboost vs vacuum assisted brakes.

Yeah, that is the stuff I dont want to run into. The brakes are not horrible, I will be doing a brake upgrade also sometime with the S10 Blazer spindles and C5 calipers and rotors. So it honestly wouldn't bother me se much if I left the OG stuff in it.

I don't have the pictures handy, and it would take some digging, but the pedal ratios are different on the G-Body from Vacuum assist, Hydroboost or even the Powermaster setups. It's well documented on the Turbo Regal forums.

On my dually ('89 Squarebody CrewCab) I went the opposite direction & swapped from HB to vacuum. The original HB set-up leaked everywhere it could have & was ugly. I looked into replacing all the parts w/nicer/upgraded stuff & it got pricey in a hurry. The vacuum assist swap was much cleaner (visually) & cheaper.

I utilized the parts needed for a 3/4 ton Surburban w/the top vacuum brake optioned package. Once everything was swapped it worked but I kept getting leaks @ the back of the master cylinders (replaced them thinking it was a parts manufacturer deal). I did more research in the GM manuals & found the pedal ratios were different so I templated my pedal w/the pin locations & checked it against a vacuum braked set-up @ a local GM truck yard I source parts from. I snagged the correct vacuum pedal & basically made my own as the pivot linkage was different (my later stuff was more robust or the HB stuff is more robust vs vacuum assist?). That change corrected the leaks/failures I was experiencing.

did some work on the elkie trailer project yesterday. finally managed to knock the front passenger cab mount out to remove the cutoff-cab. used a propane torch to heat up the rubber doughnut, finally got it off. then used a sawzall with a carbide/grit blade (cuz no metal-cutting blades) to cut thru the metal bushing and the bolt inside. one more body mount by the drivers seat mount and it will be time to lift it off.
