what's the advantage in it? I've never seen a duplex setup like that before. something unique to your area with older homes?

Honestly none really, I have to move the man van to get the GTO out. But is nice when I take the Monte it just goes back into the alley so its easy to get out

No it was def the garage type, I've still never really seen any other like it. When I get my shouse and rent out the side I'm living in I'll be able to charge a premium to have the garage on that side and then rent out the one to the alley by putting up a divider.

I aspire to install one of those in the 3 bedroom side of my duplex. It's not getting a garage though.
