My grandfather took an old 18 wheeler split rim and cut the center of it out with an oxyacetylene torch about 40 years ago. We've been using it as a fire ring ever since and it still isn't even close to rusted out.

Yeah, I was looking at one of those too but wanted mine to be portable so the kid doesnt have to mow around it LOL

Sean sanded both of the headlights on my 08 Sierra and I polished them with a mini-powerball and Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish. I have aftermarket headlight assemblies that are smoked. A coating was peeling off their faces and it looked like hell....

Quite awhile back I bought a couple of sand paper assortments for headlight restoration. They included 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 grit sheets. The 400 wasn't aggressive enough to take off the remaining coating so Sean started with 220. They turned out great...

I also worked on the exhaust on the truck. I have long tube headers on it that came with a catalytic converter/y-pipe setup. The passenger side converter was clocked a little wrong so the front O2 sensor on that side was rattling on the floorboard heat shield. It looked like the Y had done some rubbing on the transmission crossmember as well so I broke all of it loose, repositioned it and tightened it all back up. I suspect I have a bad motor mount on the passenger side but that's a project for another day. All in all it was a good day. I've wanted to give those headlights a face lift for close to a year.

Bought a riding mower. John Deere X340 I stumbled across on FB marketplace. Had an electrical issue and wouldn't even crank. Within a day had it running. Cleaned the mouse nest from the engine, replaced a missing fuse. New seat is on order. Now just need to find a hood that isn't $400. Oh and I only paid $400 for the tractor

And here's a pic from today after I degreased and washed it.
