Tumbling 45 ACP brass, picking up Hurricane Michael debris on my place as I have been doing my job adjusting Hurricane Michael claims before doing my crap but all is good
If your house is smaller than 2600sq/ft then yes, it is indeed bigger. That's 50'x52' for the typical shop crowd. We lived In a tiny house for 15 years. Could fit the house and it's attached single car garage in this garage 2.5 times. When I say that I'm building this house, it's no joke. Not subbing stuff out, literally swinging hammer and packing boards in order to afford something this nice. Wouldn't be able to make it happen without the huge amounts of help from both sides of our family. Eternally grateful and humbling to have a family like this. That garage is bigger than my house!!

Just trusses, It has a 12' ceiling. I should have gone with a lower pitch roof but it's a little late for that! There is a huge open space in the house that I could build a bonus room in but that's a project for later if I decide that 3400sq/ft is somehow inadequate.Anything in the space above the shop?
The 3400sq/ft is the house part. Shop is 2600. The total footprint of the project is giant. Including the wrap around porch and the garage skirt the place is 8398sq/ft.
