What did you do to your non-G body project today? [2020]

Continued working on the hydraulic snow plow setup. Spool valves were Evap-O-Rusted and cleaned in the ultrasonic cleaner, then repainted with SEM trim black. I've got new o rings from Grainger ready to go for them.
The linkages for the handles are all cleaned and painted.

I ordered new steel lines for it, still need to get new quick couplings.

Blew out the rear end after i filled the tank. :L

Just driving through downtown.

Anyone know where i can get a cheap dana 44 from a rwd 76 f250 8 lug?

i knew the pinion seal was leaking a bit, i was gonna do it this weekend. there goes that plan.

but truth be told i was literally cruising around downtown and there was a clang, then nothing.

Driving in that town is spirited driving in the country where the truck belongs. First thing, I doubt it is a Dana 44. Probably a Dana 60. They put 44's in the front of heavy duty trucks not the rear. What do you consider cheap? 500? Doug's Four wheel Drive will have all kinds of them. It might be cheaper to buy another truck for the differential. If you come up my way I know where there are plenty of old trucks sitting.
 
I have attempted to decode the axle further, but all I have found is that it has 3.07 gears so it's a Dana 61, not a 44 or a 60.
