Started cleaning house - sold and engine, a nine in. rear, three sets of performance heads, and a transmission. Got a lot more to get rid of.

The garage heater is finally installed. Time to get after it.

My garage is detached. I have a old school home-made wood burner, but I can't keep it burning much past a couple of hours without re-feeding.

It heats very well once firing at capacity. But can't hold overnight.

Well I was digging around in the attic of my garage and realized I had three of these things squirreled away.

I think with a full tank of fuel one, if not two could hold the chill off till morning. It sucks to go out to freezing cold and wait for warmth to build.

I will have to try them out this coming weekend and see how many it takes to hold heat!

Well ran two kero sun heaters the one night when it dropped down to 10f. They held the garage at 45f. I think they will work.

Today I fired the wood burner and got a little carried away!

In a t shirt now, may put shorts on!?!

Had the Mrs. pick up some remote controlled LED light fixtures yesterday. I wanted task lighting that I could turn on for specific jobs or reposition for specific work (like painting a car 😉). I also wanted to bring some light lower to mimic how the windows function during the day (almost like the sun works fine, eh?). The compact fluorescent bulbs look so dim now...

Don't ask about the burn mark on the wall - long story involving a wasp, carb cleaner and a lighter. Also... I need to tidy up.

Cleaned up a pile of stuff from moving, built some shelves, parked all the cars that run inside. Only the elco is outside and I could fit it in here too.

I put up 2 led overhead lights we got for free above the spot we put my Cutlass in the landlord is a union electrician and he's currently redoing some buildings at six flags great adventure. He saved them from the trash for me and said he'd try and get some more

I can't get over how much more light they give off than the old fluorescent lights.
