Good info. Looks like your source is a couple hundred cheaper. Same exact one I was wanting.
This is who I planned to call since he's the guy my dad bought his from. http://www.goliftco.com
Are you doing your own install?
Yeah installing it myself. Funny thing is that's the address they gave me to pick it up. Sales guy said to not go there before I get an email to go pick it up. I'm guessing they are all the same company and just advertise under different names. All the same products anyways.

I dreamed about my future shop/entertainment area today.

View attachment 121826got some tile supplies and pulled the pickup into the garage to unload them. Gives a decent idea of the scale going on here. Could easily fit three more of those pickups in that side.View attachment 121827
The typical sheet of drywall is 4x8ft, although those look like they could be 12 footers. I see you have a 12 foot ceiling. What are your shop's dimensions?

I think it should be bigger!
Haha, 1800 sq ft not big enough? (I know, dumb question LOL) Or that fact that I am using 720 sq ft of that for the entertainment space?
It will be about all I can afford if I wanna do this in the near future. Cleared the land and pushing some dirt around. Coupla stumps/roots to pull out, get the last of the debris hauled away, then on to the site work.

This may make it a bit clearer where it's going

Also, I am restricted on the size. It has to be less then the under air sq footage of the house minus the existing attached garage. 2615 sq.ft. house minus 757 sq.ft. oversized 3 car attached equals 1858 sq.ft. This puts me just under the limit.
