40' x 30' x 10'. It's a steel building company up here called Tower Steel Buildings. they've actually been pretty good to deal with so far. No high pressure, "quote only valid for 2 weeks" kind of stuff, or these tactics of claiming that they "just had a company cancel an order and the boss is clearing out the buildings for 50% off" Did consider going stick built, but with the price of lumber this year....Nice! Before pouring.... any areas getting reinforced for a future lift? Way cheaper now to sneak it in after inspector looks and before the concrete guy comes to pour if you're concerned about variations in the approved plans.
That was part of the original quote, the whole pad is good for a hoist. It was a really cheap upgrade and a no brainer for me.Before pouring.... any areas getting reinforced for a future lift? Plus 220v 100amp electric service and a gas line for heat. I have wanted a real workspace forever, I wasn't going to skimp when I finally get it.
