Had to do some serious body mods (cut the fenders) but I stuffed a set of 315/35-17 nittos on all four corners. They sit on 17X11 weld RT-S wheels with a 3.7 BS. The car has been lowered 2” and my N90’s with 265/60-15’s even rubbed in the front
That's a cool *ss pic!!!!

215/60 are too short for a street driven G body IMO, they work OK for the drag setup on my 2+2 but don't look as good with a smaller rear tire.

Was it hard to make the Corvette wheels fit on your Pontiac 2+2?

How's the clearance in the rear? Along the frame as well as the wheel opening lip? I really want to go with 275 wide in the rear without having to notch or anything. Was thinking I'd be stuck with nothing wider than 255.
They clear without any modifications as long as your rear end is centered. I would say worst case scenario you might have to trim some of the fender lip.

Fronts have a 2" hub centric spacer
Rear have no spacer but i built a wider than stock zr2 s10 8.6 rear so they bolt right up.

275/50r15 ets on 15x8 4.5 bs. Had to use a small spacer to give some clearance between side wall and frame

My Malibu is lowered 1inch all way around and is 17x8 front and 17x10 rear torque thrust wheels with 245/45/17 front's and 275/40/17 rear.
My el Camino is stock with 16x8 gta wheels with 225/50/16 fronts and 255/50/16 rear.

I just installed a UMI performance kit on mine which lowered it one inch as well. Do you have any rubbing issues ? I'm looking at going with 17x7s with 255/50/17 and 215/55/17. Any one here with A LOT more knowledge than myself. tell me if these will fit with no issues and what back spacing I might need ?

I would actually go with a 225/50/17 for front and 255/50/17 rear it would work better and won't rub. My Malibu that is lowered doesn't rub anywhere front or rear but havent got it running yet to tell if it rub's while driving.
