My first car was technically an A-body if I remember correctly, and 80 Custlass Supreme 4 door 231 V6, even though I refer to it as a G-body.. For free, it was for me. My first car I owned and actually was licensed to drive was a real G-body an 84 Cutlass Supreme 2 dr 231 V6. From there the list goes on, I'm on my 11th G-body, all Oldmobiles.

My first car and g-body was a 1986 olds cutlass supreme,it had the 307 with the column shift 200-c.The cutlass was burgundy on burgundy, vinyl top and 84,411 miles from what i remember. The 307 bearly ran,so in december of 2007-2008,i spent $100 odd on oil,oil restore, gaskets and parts to get it running properly. After the winter tune up,it ran like a beast, dispite the bad alternator and water pump that squealed all too much. The cutlass was sold august 2008,and as much as i was obsessed with the car, when it was sold i never looked at another cutlass or car for that matter the same way again. It's a touchy subject to bring up with me and every time i look at the old pictures of it,it brings me down. The cutlass never had a permenant home, meaning, out of the 7 owners (5th when i had it)it was only really owned by each owner for about a year or less,i've had it for 7 months.Last year i called the couple who bought it ,asking them if they'd sell it back, they replied that it was sold!So now i just tell everyone was asks about this car that its really a wh*re.I bought this cutlass early november 2007 and had it until august 2008,i got it for $200,sold it for $500.I'm still trying to track this car down, last owners were from michigan.
