breaker breaker...I don't have a filter like that on my blower motor and I get no interference on my radio from the blower....over and out..

well today is xmas and i was bored so i drove the elky around for about an hour. the heat works really well even tho theres a hole in the heater box. i was driving tward home and all of a sudden there this weird noise and vibration in the car, and i start freaking out! i put it in to netural and shut the engine down and let it coast to the median. then i try and start it and then shift back to drive and it makes the noise again so i pull it into the nearest drive way at a school. so i leave the elky running and i check the trans fluid and it fine and i check the oil and its fine and the cars not leaking. the noise sounded like it was coming from around the area where the engine and trans are hooked up. almost like a line or something was touching the flywheel teeth. i still havent found where it came from after i topped off the engine oil. i drove it around my condo complex and the noise hasnt come back, even after i filled it with gas, so i dunno wtf is going on... 😳

if you had the engine running in park was it making any noises...

ok heres the pic of the intake i got:

i wanna put this on my elky but im wondering if its gonna help or hinder my 307
heres my setup now
307 sbc, stock bottom end and cam, 1.6 roller tip rockers, hei dizzy, hedman shortie headers w/ 3" collector, performer intake, holley 600cfm carb, 2500-2800 stall converter, 200 4r trans, 4.11 rear and 28 inch tall tires. any help would be great because i dont wanna rev it past 6000-6500. will this affect my low end? i just wanna be sure before i commit and swap it out. any help would be awesome.

if your serious, ill hit you up next year, and to pay you back i will litteraly clean yer garage/car/driveway and help ya fix what ever! i helped my buddy gut and rebuilt a house, so whatever you need, IM THERE! mow yer lawn, clean yer gutters, whatever.
