Good luck getting an answer from RockAuto on anything. Had 2 separate issues and was told they are able to save you money by not having any staff to assist you.

They sold me a gas tank and could not tell me which gas cap I needed. The one they sent didn't fit .When I contacted them I asked if they could find out from the tank supplier they said sorry we are not experts on auto parts.

Has anyone tried ordering from them and gotten this BS?

We cannot ship to this address because it requires sales tax paid separately to state and city governments. We comply with state-administered taxes nationwide but we do not have the capacity to file city tax returns in places where we have no physical presence.

Guess I'll give Amazon my money instead because the local parts stores want double the online price.

I tried having a carb ordered through them and I got that same thing. I live in Colorado.
