Sorry I haven't been on here in a good long while. I've been fighting the fuel injection system I have for a long time now. 2 days after it was on the dyno a few years ago it stopped running right.
I've had the ECU and wide band controller looked over by Accel a few times and it seems like every time they would look at it something else was wrong.
I put a carb on it and let the ecu just control timing and it ran fine. Tried a carb again just a few weeks ago and it still didn't want to run.
So I got fed up and just finished installing a FAST EZ-EFI 2.0 setup and so far it's been great. I hope to get out and start driving it more now.
Hopefully by fall I'll have updated numbers but at this point I would just be happy to drive it.

I did get a picture of it with my mom's '88 CSCB a while back. It's my Darth Vader and Stormtrooper photo. Lol

Beautiful car Andrew and done in good taste. The new rims really look good. Do you finished tuning and do you have updated dyno numbers or 1/4 mile et's yet?

The spoiler is from a Monte Carlo SS. I believe they had two different styles and this is the one that lays flatter than the other.
It's had the ends of the spoiler removed to match the trunk lid. Otherwise the ends stick out over the tailights.

Your car looks amazing! What spoiler is that? I really like the look of it on these.

Do you still have your old Megasquirt setup?

No I sold that shortly after buying the Accel Thruster setup.

The Megasquirt worked okay but I remember having the same issues with it that I've had with the Accel and now the FAST setup. The O2 was always reading as if the engine was running lean but it appeared to be the exact opposite. I'm hoping that now that I've TIG welded the exhaust it solves these problems.

Oh I see. That does sound like it could be an exhaust leak issue.

Been driving the car for a few days now. Never did figure the EFI out. Wouldn't fire at all after I put everything back together so I said screw it. Installed an 850 DP holley and an old worn out HEI and the car fired right up. Runs great. Go figure.
