Just got finished building the plug wires. Getting ready to jack it up and put on the starter and install driveshaft. Then it's on to the core support and fan and tighten the belts. Should be running in a few hours. Went to my local paint supply store this morning on my ZX14R and it was a nice ride. They stopped carrying Window Weld but luckily my local O'Reilleys had it. I got two 12" long flanges made at my local muffler shop for the exhaust manifolds. I think I'm going to build my own exhaust to a y pipe in front of the trans crossmember. This way I can put on a muffler just so it's not loud and popping straight manifolds. I'll have to drive it to the exhaust shop which is about 5 miles. The intake swap messed up some of my hard lines I built for my PCV and brake booster. I found a few pre formed rubber hoses at the parts store and plumbed away.

it looks great, one question, the port your using for the brake vacuum is normally used for the vacuum for the hvac controls, where are you going to source the vacuum for the controls?

I'll be using two Billet Specialties heater hose seperators in place of the three zip ties. I'll have to drill a hole for the purple vacuum hose. I'll paint them flat black too. Was just in a hurry to fire it off today. I did get it running with coolant but need to build a wire for the alternator to battery post. The alternator was not charging till I polarized it.

I just went back out to try one of the hose separator ideas I had. I drilled a hole the same size as the purple hose and finalized the sides with a small file. I scotch brited the two pieces and painted it flat black. Now the purple hose runs underneath the heater hose. A bit cleaner than the temporary zip ties. Now I have to do one more.
