Here's the deal: it's an aesthetic thing; if you have black headlight surrounds, they look fine. Most of our Gs have chrome surrounds, and those black headlights stick out like a sore pecker. JMO.....

Who doesn't like a sore pecker? Means good things happened

if you drive the car in the winter is a bit more than just aesthetics, the LED does not heat up the lens like the HID or OEM lights so snow and ice can build up on the lens.

If you do h4 headlight setup or hid or led they do require relays added and headlight pigtails to be repinned to work correctly. If not you will go thru tons of headlight switches and dimmer switches or burned wiring. I just swapped from h4 setup to led's which should be better and brighter at night.

I would like to know how you know they are the best lighting for my car when you have no clue on how my HID's light up the road?

Maybe cause I had HID's in my car before changing over to Projector LED's.
I changed over from 4"x6" Hella E code H4's with 35 watt HID electronic ballasts and anti glare shield for my lows and Hella E code H1's with 100 watt bulbs prior to my switch. This set up needed a custom wiring harness featuring double relays and double fused vs projector LED's which are plug n play and draw less current than the antiquated stock factory halogen headlights that came with these cars. The LED's offer a much broader light pattern with a more defined cut off and are not likely to blind oncoming traffic. I have some pictures to post for any non-believers.
Don't want to get into a pissing contest here, but I've had personal "behind the wheel" experience with both of these in 4"x6" format & can tell you there is no comparison between the two. That's a fact
