Sounds like the spark plug wires got mixed up.

When was the last time it ran and what happened, exactly, between then and now. We can and will help you, but we need data.

It ran about 6 months ago I went to leave the drive way gave her about half throttle she fell on her face so I put a brand new old stock carb on her she done the same thing so I decided to give her a time up as they call it new fluids filters spark plugs then it was like she wasn't getting gas so I replaced fuel pump now she's not running she'll spit and sputter but that's it I don't understand what the problem could be

My best guess is a firing order problem. The priblem stems from the work done. It ran, not perfectly, but ran. Work was done. Now it doesn't run. I would start by bringing number 1 to TDC and see where the rotor is pointing. Let me know if you would like me to elaborate on this.

Please elaborate

Disconnect the hot lead (pink) from the distributor. Pull the spark plug from #1. Stick you finger in the hole (no joke). Have an assistant bump the engine over with the key until you hear phew! air rushing out of that cylinder past your finger. You are then on the compression stroke on #1. Pull the distributor cap. The rotor should be pointing at the terminal for #1.
